everything at the new facility was designed with one of two
things in mind-customer satisfaction and efficiency
"We're
customer-oriented in layout and in selling." said
Mike Burkart.
"Our
focus always has been customer service, but this building
just allows us to do it so much better, We've been an
award-winning dealer for eight years straight (in customer
excellence)."
The
dealership won the Distinguished Achievement Award for
six years straight and in 1995 won Ford's highest award,
the Ford Chairman Award.
"Ford
surveys customers, both service and sales customers,
to make sure that we met with their satisfaction, (So)
we were graded on a report card by our customers.: said
Burkart.
The
Chairman Award no longer exists, but in 1999 and 2002,
& 2003 the dealership was awarded with its replacement,
the Presidents Award.
