Body shop manager Gary Ruffert has been
with Mike Burkart Ford since January, 2005.
Gary brings to us a wealth of experience in the body shop
business. Gary started out as a painter in 1969, and then
became the body shop manager of a very busy new car dealership
in 1975. He managed 4 body shop technicians and grew a very
loyal customer base due to his shops quality of work, and
his integrity dealing with customers and insurance companies.
Gary
and his wife Linda live in Saukville,WI. They have 2
grown daughters. In his spare time Gary likes to ride
his Harley-Davidson when weather permits, and go fishing
as well.
When asked on
how to keep a new car looking new....Gary’s
favorite quote is “don’t crack it up!”
A vacuum
system keeps the work area dust-free and a new unibody
repair rack gives Burkart Ford Mercury the capability
of straightening virtually all structural damage to cars.
And true to the customer-focused design of the facility,
a drive through glassdoored bay allows customers to bring
their cars in for estimates without concern for the elements.
The
collision center now has photo imaging capabilities,
allowing them to photograph and digitally reproduce vehicle
damages through the computer. This makes their
auto body department a direct repair facility to certain
insurance companies that they can link up to. A well-lit
waiting room in the body shop area has an attached bathroom
and will also have a television for the comfort of waiting
customers.
Service,
body shop, and parts areas are open from 8:00 a.m. to
5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, closed Saturday and
Sunday. |
